2017 APAM awards ceremony in East Lansing. Mike O’Connor’s crew received an Award of Excellence for their work at the Oakland County International Airport in Waterford, MI. They placed 35,000 tons of P401 on Taxiway Charlie, in six phases. This project received the highest cumulative score of all projects submitted for review by the APAM judging panel.
