If you are interested in working in construction but do not have any experience then consider our FP3 - Future Pavers Program. We have pre-apprentice positions available for highly motivated individuals who are willing to work hard and learn a trade. The only requirements are Attitude, Fit, and Desire! These positions will work with a mentor on a construction crew or in a plant and will be subjected to outdoor conditions and must be available to work day or evening and weekend hours as well. Construction crews work all across the Metro Detroit area, so reliable transportation is necessary.
