This spring, we welcomed the 2024 class of CRH's Frontline Leadership Program. The class is made up of managers, team leads, and other frontline workers from Michigan Paving & Materials Company, Stoneco Michigan, and Cadillac Asphalt LLC. The program teaches essential leadership skills and strategies, and the candidates take time out of their own personal schedules to attend the training throughout the year. Good luck to all involved!
